FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Train from anywhere with our coach led workouts designed to build strength, improve mobility and endurance. These classes require minimal equipment and are designed to challenge all levels of athlete and keep you moving well.
Masters
Stay strong, mobile and confident with classes designed specifically for adults 50 and up. Our program focuses on functional strength, balance, and joint stability to support daily life and long term health.

Ikigai
Defined as a ‘reason for being’ these classes are included in the functional fitness & masters classes. The sessions start with a morning ritual to connect with our members, and is followed by a Hero WOD – an intense workout dedicated to fallen military, first responders and law enforcement.
1 ON 1 TRAINING

LOCATED IN GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN, CONVICTIONS FITNESS IS CURRENTLY TRAINING OUT OF OUR INTERIM FACILITY AT GOAL 2 GOAL FITNESS. WE OFFER 1 ON 1 TRAINING, SMALL GROUP TRAINING, KIDS CLASSES AND SPECIALTY COURSES.
